By downloading, installing, or using PhotoPure AI Studio ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application. These terms apply to PhotoPure AI Studio for macOS.
Subject to these Terms, the developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Application.
The Application identifies duplicate and visually similar files in the folders you explicitly select via the workspace mechanism. Identified duplicates that the user chooses to remove are moved to your system Trash via macOS's standard NSFileManager trash API, or moved into a _Duplicates subfolder within the source folder if the user prefers a non-destructive option. Files are not permanently deleted by the Application; the system Trash retains them according to your macOS configuration. The user is solely responsible for reviewing the Application's analysis output before confirming any removal operation, and for maintaining adequate backups.
The Application includes a set of modular Studio Tools (Text Finder, Best Portrait, Person Finder, Variant Finder). Each tool operates only on folders you explicitly provide and returns results derived purely from on-device AI analysis (Vision framework, Neural Engine). The Application makes no claim of perfect accuracy; results are produced by algorithmic analysis and require user judgment for final action.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The developer does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI analysis results (duplicate detection, face matching, OCR recognition, similarity scoring) will be 100% accurate in every case. All Studio Tools rely on probabilistic on-device AI; the user is responsible for reviewing results before confirming any deletion, move, or batch operation.
The developer reserves the right to change the price of the Application at any time and without prior notice. All pricing changes are subject to and governed by Apple's App Store policies. The current price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay for that transaction; future pricing changes apply to future purchases only. Launch pricing, promotional pricing, and any time-limited offers are at the developer's sole discretion.
The Application, including all code, design, algorithms, AI engine, user interface, graphics, and associated intellectual property, is owned by the developer (Onur Yaşar) and protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws of Turkey, the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. The names "PhotoPure," "PhotoPure AI Studio," "Studio Tools," "Text Finder," "Best Portrait," "Person Finder," "Variant Finder," the logo, and associated branding are proprietary. You may not use them without written permission from the developer.
The custom AI engine embedded in the Application was designed and built by the developer. It is not a licensed third-party AI service. All rights to the AI engine, its methodology, the workspace architecture, the cross-folder duplicate detection, and the Spill Disk memory architecture are reserved by the developer.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF PHOTOS OR FILES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APPLICATION — EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
PhotoPure AI Studio is offered as a one-time purchase. The developer's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Application shall not exceed the one-time amount you paid for the Application at the time of purchase. No recurring or subscription-based liability applies.

The Application is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the Application is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to matters within Apple's purview (payments, refunds, account management). The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard App Store refund process. The developer has no ability to issue refunds directly outside of Apple's systems.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For users located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may additionally apply.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The developer may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
This Application references Apple Inc.'s trademarks (Apple, macOS, App Store, Apple Silicon) for descriptive purposes only. The Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
